HAMMERS - Death Wobbles Album Tour
Gold Coast heavies HAMMERS announce the commencement of a rolling tour campaign, in celebration of the release of their long-awaited debut album DEATH WOBBLES, due out on Friday 23 January 2026 via Summerland Records. The DEATH WOBBLES album tour will see the band kick-off with a string of dates along the eastern seaboard of Australia, performing the new tracks for the very first time. 3 years in the making, DEATH WOBBLES is an album steeped in post-hardcore and alternative metal flavours and marks a significant progression for HAMMERS, both sonically and spiritually. The group push their own creative boundaries and the very confines of what it means to be a heavy, Australian band in the 21st century with big riffs, emotive hooks, screams, grooves and that signature HAMMERS ratbag mentality. Firmly flying the flag for the Australian independent music community, HAMMERS’ uncompromising wares have continually transcended any roadblocks in their way, striking an unforgettable balance between flippant fun and searing substance without sacrificing genuine craftsmanship. Equally in-demand onstage as they are for their diverse sonic smorgasbord, HAMMERS ticked off their first international tour in 2024, headlining in New Zealand and Japan, and have previously shared stages with the likes of He Is Legend, Cog, Mammal, and The Butterfly Effect, as well as their own renowned headline shows Catch the band live this March/April as they celebrate the release of the new album in raucous fashion, with supports for all shows to be announced. Dave Thornton
MORE OR LESSA seasoned performer whose shows have been described as ‘devastatingly effective’ (Chortle), Dave is back with a brand-new hour of stand-up, focusing on the small things that frustrate him and the large things that get on top of him…. more or less. Dave played to audiences all over the country last year and continues to garner fans with his accessible, grounded comedy. Maybe you’ve seen him on Sam Pang Tonight, The Cheap Seats, hosting The Big Trip or really stretching his acting chops as Troy in Upper Middle Bogan on Netflix. Come and check out a performer who’s spent almost half of his life doing what he loves. With his stand-up clips routinely getting millions of views online, you’re gonna love ‘More or Less’.“An hour of quick wit and cheery anecdotes.” ★★★★ The Age ★★★★1/2 The Adelaide Advertiser ★★★★★ The Scotsman

Zoë Coombs Marr
THE SPLASH ZONEPop on your poncho for a full ball, pedal to the metal, embarrassingly silly display of going all in, pulling out the stops, leaping before looking and let’s be honest here, just trying to make you laugh. Which is good for you, because it’s a comedy show. Just dumb, splashy fun in the form of “stand up comedy”, with jokes, stories and goofiness from your favourite chaos imp, Zoë Coombs Marr. This show is about chats. About people, their mouths, and the stuff that comes out of them (or doesn’t). Conversations, goss, speaking, clamming and shutting up, and getting your numerology done by an uber driver. It’s about the rich human tapestry that binds us all together via hopeful attempts at communication like the use of the phrase “rich human tapestry” in this blurb, which is meant to read as funny and not earnest and disgusting. But who knows. Discuss. All of these words, concepts, and more, may be in this show, but don’t overthink it - let’s just see what happens, shall we? ★★★★ Time Out, 2025

Luke Heggie
I WON'T SAY IT AGAINThis show is a compilation of bits, lovingly curated from the last five years. If you don't like that, you can rack off. The exact same people who pay three figures to watch legacy bands playing songs from back when they were happy, will never forgive hearing the same set of words from a comedian. If that's you, you can rack off. There will be one new joke in this show. The rest is old. Most comics have this protocol anyway, while making up a new title. They can rack off too. I could still probably bash all your dads.

Lizzy Hoo
SAYS HOO?Says Hoo? is a brand-new hour of stand-up comedy from your fave comedian Lizzy Hoo (now with short hair, yep she's in her bob era). Are there moments in your life where you're like "how did we get here?" Well Lizzy is. There are a few things she really just can't get her head around. Her dog has a step mum – yep she shares custody of her rescue greyhound and now he (Owen best boy in the world) has a step mum – what a lucky dog! Lizzy is now obsessed with golf. She calls it prepping for retirement. And somehow she is getting paid to eat and travel. Oh and she broke up with someone at a cake shop – petit fours anyone? And she just updated her dating profile to say "big second wife energy". It’s been a busy 12 months appearing on Have You Been Paying Attention? and Crime Night (to name a few) and jet setting across Asia as the voice and face of an airline – someone has to do it. Lizzy is also creator and host of podcast The Lizzy Hoo Show."Lizzy is a riot ★★★★" Time Out

Sam Taunton
THIS MUST BE THE PLACEI grew up at 34 Shoalhaven St, Nowra, NSW. The house wasn’t super flash, the place was basically held together with pop-rivots and a seemingly religious use of WD-40. It was one of those post-war knockabout fibro-shells you still see on quarter-acre blocks all over Australia’s poorer suburbs. Last year, my Dad annoyingly sold up and moved away. Oh! And also, the nightly TV show I hosted called The Project ended (but that’s not really part of the tale...). This 60 minute story, filled with a lifetime of suburban misadventures, small-town characters, and the strange nostalgia of losing the place that made you. I’ve been telling people this show is about the house I grew up in, but it’s really about everything that happened inside. Directed by Cameron James "On an express elevator to stardom.” Herald Sun “Tells us stories about some of the worst moments of his life… that ultimately lead to serendipitous comedy gold.” The Age "He’s terrific and excellent at what he does...a breath of fresh air..." Daniel Muggleton
White Here, White NowDaniel Muggleton continues to be one of Australia’s most in-demand comedians despite no media attention of any kind. In 2025, Rolling Stone named him a ‘Must-See Show’ at Edinburgh Fringe. He spent the rest of the year selling out shows around Australia, receiving critical-acclaim and seriously offending two people in Perth… but it’s important to point out they were wearing lanyards in a social setting. So yeah, fair enough, I guess? Come see the man in the red tracksuit live on-stage, the way God intended, with a brand-new hour of fearless stand-up comedy. But if you’re wearing a lanyard or carrying a sloganed tote bag probably skip it.
