This October, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is delighted to unveil its limited-edition spring high tea, a pink-inspired culinary experience proudly supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Available daily throughout October and November, five dollars from every booking will be donated to help fund life-changing breast cancer research and community programs. Menu highlights include a Rose and Vanilla Éclair, a Raspberry Opera Slice, and a Lemon Curd Tart finished with toasted lime marshmallow, balanced with savoury creations such as Spiced Prawn Cocktail, Prosciutto and Pear Remoulade, and delicate Roast Turkey Sandwiches. No high tea would be complete without Homemade Scones served with vanilla clotted cream and strawberry compote, while herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee provide the perfect finishing touch.
