Kids Yoga Classes for all children 5–10 years - Nurturing children’s mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing
In these fun, supportive yoga classes children will learn movement, breathwork and mindfulness with a balance of structure, creativity and playfulness.
Kids Yoga helps children to:
• Manage emotions, stress and anxiety
• Improve physical strength, balance, flexibility and coordination
• Increase concentration, focus and attention span
• Develop confidence, social skills and respect for others
• Cultivate mindfulness, mental focus and self-esteem
