Our Feedom Warrior Breathwork event offers a safe and grounded space for you to free yourself from the stories of the past and settle into the comfort of your own body. Join us on this transformational journey as we reconnect with who we truly are and let go of what no longer serves us.

Here's what you can expect from our event:

• Warrior Activation Breathwork Journey: This powerful technique utilises the breath to help us regulate our nervous system to release anything stored within the body that is holding us back. You'll be guided through a breathwork journey that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.

• Vibrational Sound Healing: Our session incorporates the use of a medicine drum, didgeridoos, a powerful gong, singing bowls, and the voice. These accompanying sounds and vibrations will soothe and support you as you relax into your body, creating space for you to receive the full health benefits.

• Safe and Supportive Space: We believe that a supportive community is essential for healing. Our event offers a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and connect with others on a similar journey to yourself.

Join us in letting go of what no longer serves and creating space for the new.
