Fox Superflow | Nerang QLD
Get ready to experience Gravity Enduro mountain bike racing at the Fox Superflow® at Nerang Mountain Bike Park! Hosted by Rocky Trail Entertainment, this event offers three epic timed stages on some of the best tracks. The park is known for its many flow trails and challenging and techy sections, ensuring a thrilling experience for all levels of riders. Whether you’re chasing podiums or are just out for a fun day of riding, this event is all about enjoying the ride with friends. The format includes three stages with each one averaging 2-3 minutes. With no set track order and untimed liaisons, you’re free to enjoy the day at your own pace. You get up to five runs on each of the three tracks, with your fastest run on each stage combined for your final result. The event is open to all ages, with categories based on age groups, so you can race against your peers. Whether you're a young rider or a seasoned veteran “race the way you ride” and make new friends along the way! The race village will be buzzing with activity, featuring live timing, mountain bike equipment exhibits, music, and plenty of food and drink options to keep you fuelled for the day. Come and join in some fast and flat racing at the beautiful Broadwater Parklands at the northern end of the Gold Coast. With Sprint, Enticer and Pho3nix Kids Triathlon options available, and running events to choose from (Gold Coast 10 or Gold Coast 5), there is something for everyone. Make a weekend of it and bring the kids down to "Try a Tri" in the Pho3nix Kids Triathlon, before you take on your own race on the Sunday! It's completely free.

Women Only Adventure Race QLD
The Women Only Adventure Race is far more than creating an unforgettable event experience shared among girlfriends; it’s about women making time for themselves, and putting first their health and fitness. The journey to the event is the most precious part for a lot of participants: regularly getting together as a team to train, learn new skills, and support one another to push their boundaries. Women Only Adventure Racing event strengthens bonds and relationships, bringing family, friends, and work colleagues together for a weekend of genuine fun. The Women Only Adventure Race is an event where teams of two women travel together in a team, they must navigate around a secret course by foot, mountain bike, and kayak. The stable sit-on double kayaks are provided for all teams and all levels of fitness and experience are welcome. Running/walking five kilometres. Cycling (mountain biking) 10 kilometres. Kayaking 2 kilometres. On race day, the participating teams will receive all maps and descriptions.
