Goat Yoga
Goat Yoga is back and this time!
‘Breath-In, Bleat-OUT’ is a signature Karmably experience that blends the playful energy of baby goats with the grounding practice of yoga. While yoga often focuses on calm and control, this session celebrates joyful chaos — because wellness doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
Expect 45 minutes of guided movement as our curious goats wander, nuzzle, nibble and bleat their way through your flow. You’ll be reminded that mindfulness isn’t about silence — it’s about staying present, even when life gets a little unpredictable.
You’ll leave with big smiles, plenty of selfies and a lighter, more relaxed mindset.
