Executive Chef Christopher Dodds showcases the best of the region's ingredients from local artisan suppliers, handpicking a selection of brunch favourites, including Pork Belly Bao, Chicken and Waffles and Pumpkin and Pine Nut Quiche to elevate the buffet spread.
